Ask the Fans #4 is with Stade Rennais and Wolverhamption Wanderers fan, Kyle Ferguson- @MrFerguson420 on Twitter. Enjoy!

First off, How did you become a fan of the club?

I played a lot of Football Manager in my time- started a random save, and got the Rennes job, so I started to look out for results in real life and follow them more and more. It's the only team I ever really have done that with. And here I am years later supporting them alongside the mighty Wolves!

What has been your favourite moment as a fan of the club and why?

Probably when they got to the final this year, after so many close shaves, this could have been the one that we broke our duck.

Have you ever been to a game at the Route de Lorient, if so which one/if not, why is that and will you in future? and how do you watch games?

I have done yes, was a fantastic weekend, I went against Lyon on the opening day last year, I think it was the 90th anniversary of the league? They lost 0-1 and had a man sent off after about 15 minutes. Was great to see Yann M'vila before he left as well- what a great player. Rennes is also a really beautiful city, and I will be returning soon believe me! Rue de la soif and all that! I watch games when I can get a stream up obviously, but if all else fails I keep up on Twitter with the commentary and check the highlights on the Ligue 1 website soon after. Nothing beats being at the Route de Lorient.

Who is your favourite current player and why?

At the minute I think Benoit Costill is a great keeper, but for me overall got to be Mr Danze, what a total club legend. He always does a good job, and seems to care about the club. Every team needs a player like that.

Who is your favourite past player and why?

Yann M'Vila, just one of the best footballers I have ever seen play in real life; he has power, tackling, passing- he's got it all. Can't wait to see him move on to the Premiership as I think that people will be blown away by just how fantastic he is. If I was Manchester United at the minute I would be making some calls to Rubin Kazan.... On a future note I cant wait to see Wesley Said breakthrough, as I think he looks promising. Another product of the great academy at SRFC.

What unique thing have you done for the club/fans or have been a part of through the club? You can include unique stories that have happened to you featuring Rennes.

Well I travelled from England for a match if that counts?! When I went to Rennes to watch the game, a friend of mine taught me some French, so I could get a beer! I also learnt the words to some of the chants, and I think they thought it was funny that I got involved in the whole chanting and singing, "gallegalette saucisse j'taime..." Was really cool to meet some Rennes fans though, great fans, great stadium. Still not ready to sit in the RCK though!

How would you describe the club in 5 words or less?

Passionate, proud, fun, traditional, awesome!

What are your feelings on the other Breton teams in Ligue 1?

Ah well I know that Nantes are a big derby, but seeing as how proud the people of Brittany are of there own culture, I don't really mind. Don't get me wrong though, you wont see me wearing anything that's not the mighty Rouge et Noir!

Lastly, what do you see in the future of Stade Rennais?

Well the league is getting tougher and tougher with new investment isn't it?, so PSG and Monaco are always going to be up there, but I wouldn't mind seeing them get a decent European campaign going (fingers crossed they get an English team).

Allez Rennais! Thanks.

Thank you to @MrFerguson420 for taking the interview.
